I have used these methods on hundreds of sites. I have had numerous seo clients who I have guided through the sandbox. It is that simple it just has to be done in the right fashion or it won't be. You said i left hundreds of unanswered questions. Well I certainly didn't mean to so if you would tell me the questions I would love to answer them for you. Some sites can escape it overnight without doing anything. others in more competitive fields take a terribly long time to get out however I have never had a site that was in the sandbox over a month.
