The Secret to Getting Listed in Google in Under 24 Hours!!

I am sure if you have been around the Internet and have participated in any forum that is even slightly related to web developing and seo you will have heard these claims such as “get listed in google in under 24 hours using our software” for example. The problem with these claims is I have yet to find one that doesn’t cost anything. Why do I say that? Because the secret to getting listed in google in under 24 hours is really no secret and you certainly don’t need to spend $50+ on a piece of software.

Getting listed in Google in Under 24 Hours is actually easy
Now let me point out a big mistake alot of webmasters are doing which can actually lengthen the time that it takes for Google to just crawl your site not to mention indexing it. So what is this mistake and how can you avoid it? Well it is simple and it is found on Googles own site: http://www.google.com/addurl.html
Many webmasters think that by submitting their site to Google they will somehow get crawled & indexed faster and maybe even get better rankings when just the contrary is the case. By submitting to Google, Yahoo or MSN you are likely to get put into the queue line and take upto 6 weeks at minimum just to get indexed if they do index you after they crawl.

I don’t know about you but I am not going to wait 6 weeks to get indexed and fortunately I don’t have to. Never use a submission service whether it be on Google.com or a service offering a listing in 1,000,000,000 search engines. There is a easy, effictive and totaly eithical way to get listed by Google fast and start ranking high within days.

As you may already know a older site which has been indexed for a while preferrably over 12 months will already have been crawled and probably indexed well so whenever you have the chance to purchase a already established site which has a good domain name go for it. But as we have already said a new site can still be indexed within 24 hours.

One question you might be asking since I told you not to submit to Google is “if I can’t submit to Google how will they find my site?” - This is a perfectly logic question especially since the way to get on the search engines in the olden days used to be to submit to them. Those days are over. Now the only webmasters who submit are BH or those who just don’t know any better. So back to the question… Google crawls the sites in its index regularly especially those with many backlinks(links from another site pointing to yours). If another webmaster puts a link from his indexed site to your site. When Google comes crawling his site it will then goto your site and being the crawling process there. So now we know that to get a Google buzz going about our new site we must get backlinks from sites already in the Google index but where can I find these backlinks?

There is a very simple way to do this which you can use to build tons of backlinks in a very short period of time and best of all Google is going to begin to notice all this excitement about this new site of yours and will begin to start giving it rankings. These will grow as you gain more backlinks.

All you need to do is write a couple articles related to your site. I mean resource articles not press releases or company newsfeeds. These must be useful or will be denied by the article directory. Then you submit these articles you have written to article feeds, directories, news sites or wherever relevant. Of course on the bottom of each of the articles is a small author block where a link to your site is posted. So when your article is accepted on all these sites you will gain a backlink from each of them and as the spiders go crawling the article directories they will find the link(vote) and start crawling your site. Using this process you can get indexed within 24 hours.

I do want to recommend that you submit 1 article to 1 directory and write a new one for each site. This is called unique content. I believe as Google gets smarter it may begin to discredit these backlinks if the article is on too many sites. Just some food for thought.

Here is a list of some of the most popular article directories:

So that is the simple way we have learned that we can let Google know about our site quick and get it excited about it as well. Pretty simple but can be mean the difference between 2 months+ or 2 days.

But this isn’t the only way to get backlinks and there are actually better ways as far as importance goes. The article submissions is a easy quick way to get indexed but there are better ways of finding more quality backlinks which will help you build good rankings which won’t fall apart when a update starts.

Do a google search for keywords directly related to the topic of your site. You should keep PageRank in mind but not so much as relevance and quality content. A link on a PR2 site which is full of unique quality related content will give you much more value than a link on a PR7 site which is not as relevant to your site.
Search these sites for the contact info and send them a polite and professional email asking for a link to your site. If at all possible get a one-way link. This means they link to you but you don’t link to them. I believe in linking to resource sites but only if you find their site useful not because they are linking to you. And that is what you want them to do. Link to you because they like the site not because they think they may get value from it.

Sites that have higher PR sometimes have a ego issue so it may be hard to get them to link to you. So try and get the PR2,3,4,5 sites which are related to yours and it will still give you great value and build up your rankings.
I should also mention that buying links from high PR sites also works although Google is cracking down on those. So to get away with it ask the webmaster to put ‘resource sites’ next to your link instead of sponsored or paid links. These words alert google and you could get penalized.

So now you have found two effective ways of getting indexed by Google in a very short period of time. Both these methods are ethical and will gain you longtime trust in google. Not only that but you can now go tell your friends who paid $70 to get indexed by Google that you did it free and it actually worked. Maybe if your feeling friendly send them the link to the article as well ;-)

Hello Dominic, I believe I said that submitting to google puts your site into a process which will take longer than if you don’t. most of the times this is the case however link building and such can still get it indexed even if you do submit to Google. Submitting to Google is not a curse it just doesn’t do anything for you and if your site doesn’t have any backlinks and is new it will likely take much longer than if you had never submitted.
    Thanks for the comments!

Thaks for the encouragement. I’ve just submitted an article to Goarticles.com http://www.goarticles.com/cgi-bin/showa.cgi?C=527895 and i’ll submit more to the other ones you listed.

question about your suggestion of getting a one way link from other sites. Why only a one way link? What’s the disadvantage of getting a two way link?
