		<description>If (and I think there&#039;s little if left) Search engines are looking to evaluate quality content then outbound links are absolutely a factor.  an quality outbound link shows that your site is providing valuable resources to your users - that&#039;s quality content.  keep them outbound links content related, keep them pointed to high quality sites and use them in moderation.  that&#039;s my two cents.</description>

		<description>Yeah, I tend to agree with your thinking here :) When I make a new page I tend to do a quick search for a .edu or .ac.uk on the subject, go to about page five or six of the results and choose a page to link to.</description>
